ORGANISATION
The Port of Frederikshavn is an independent municipal harbour organised according to the Danish Act on Harbours Sections 6 and 9.
The Port of Frederikshavn was converted from a public limited company (Frederikshavn Havn A/S) to an independent municipal harbour with effect from 1 January 2014.
The Port of Frederikshavn owns 100% of corporate stocks in the subsidiary company FH Ejendom A/S.
